Chordika — swap a card, change the key

1枚のカードで6つの和音が鳴ります。そして位置と和音の対応が12枚すべてで同じです。

One card gives you six chords — and the position-to-chord mapping is identical on all twelve cards.

つまり同じ手の動きのまま、カードを持ち替えるだけで移調できます。C/Am のカードで「4・5・6 → 2・3・4 → 6・7・8」と吹けば C → F → G。まったく同じ動きを G/Em のカードでやれば G → C → D です。運指を覚え直す必要がありません。

So the same hand motion transposes when you swap the card. On the C/Am card, "4-5-6 → 2-3-4 → 6-7-8" plays C → F → G. The very same motion on the G/Em card plays G → C → D. Nothing to relearn.

1枚に I・IV・V の主要三和音と ii・iii・vi が入ります。つまり長調とその平行短調の和音がひと通りそろいます。欠けるのは vii°（減三和音）だけです。

Each card carries the primary triads I, IV, V plus ii, iii and vi — a major key and its relative minor in one card. Only vii° (the diminished triad) is missing.

左端が最低音、右へ行くほど高くなり、順に吹くと長音階が1オクターブ鳴ります。

Lowest pipe on the left, highest on the right. Blow them in order and a major scale rises through one octave.

和音の Chordika に対する、音階の Recorika です。名前は recorder（リコーダー）から来ています。読みは「リコリカ」、Chordika は「コーディカ」です。

Recorika is the scale counterpart to Chordika's chords. The name comes from "recorder".

印刷データはすべて GitHub リポジトリ qurihara/chordika で公開しています。笛のカード13枚に加えて、デッキの表紙と、まとめて収める箱もあります。STL と、Bambu Lab A1 mini 用のスライス済み 3mf（PLA）の両方を置いてあります。個人で印刷して使うのは自由です（ライセンスは下記）。

All print data is published in the GitHub repository qurihara/chordika. Alongside the thirteen whistle cards there is a cover card for the deck and a box to keep them in. Both STL files and pre-sliced 3mf files for the Bambu Lab A1 mini (PLA) are provided. You are free to print them for your own personal use (see the licence below).

表紙は笛の入っていない薄い板で、Chordika の文字を切り抜いてあります。厚みは 0.5 mm、大きさとストラップ穴の位置はカードと同じなので、12枚の上に重ねて紐を通せばそのまま束ねられます。このページのいちばん上の写真で、左に写っている白い板がそれです。

The cover card is a thin plate with no pipes, with “Chordika” cut through it. It is 0.5 mm thick and shares the cards' outline and strap-hole position, so it sits on top of the twelve and threads onto the same cord. It is the white plate on the left in the photo at the top of this page.

箱は、上が開いた本体と、外側にかぶせる蓋の2つに分かれています。カードを立てずに平積みで13枚ぶん収められ、蓋の天面には表紙と同じ Chordika の文字を切り抜いてあります。長辺には指がかりのくぼみがあるので、カードをつまんで取り出せます。かぶせた状態でおよそ 94 × 62 × 57 mm です。

The box comes in two parts: an open tray and a lid that slips over its outside. All thirteen cards lie flat inside, and the lid has the same “Chordika” cut through its top. A scallop on each long side lets you pinch a card out. Closed, it measures about 94 × 62 × 57 mm.

Bambu Lab A1 mini をお使いなら（スライス済み・PLA）

If you have a Bambu Lab A1 mini (pre-sliced, PLA)

下の 3mf はすでにスライスしてあるので、そのまま印刷に送れます。設定は上に書いたとおり（0.08 mm・ブリム5 mm・サポートなし）で、フィラメントは Bambu PLA Basic、1枚あたり約 8.5 g・1時間15分ほどです。

These 3mf files are already sliced — send them straight to the printer. Settings are as described above (0.08 mm, 5 mm brim, no supports), the filament is Bambu PLA Basic, and each card takes about 8.5 g and 1 h 15 min.

表紙と箱もスライスしてあります。箱は笛ではないので、層の高さは 0.2 mm の標準設定です。カードほど細かく刷る必要がありません。

The cover and the box are sliced too. The box holds no pipes, so it uses ordinary 0.2 mm layers — there is no need to print it as finely as the cards.

他のプリンタや別のフィラメントをお使いの場合は、上の STL を自分でスライスしてください。設定はこのページに書いてあるとおりです。

印刷の設定

Print settings

• 層の高さ 0.08 mm、外壁の線幅 0.5 mm。笛の壁が薄いので、ここは粗くしないでください。
• サポートは不要です。そのまま平置きで刷れます。
• 1枚ずつ刷ってください。1プレートに2枚並べると、1層あたりの時間が倍になってカードの端が反ります。ブリムを付けても止まりません。
• ブリムは 5 mm 程度付けると安定します。隙間（brim gap）は 0 にしてください。隙間を空けるとブリムが本体に融着せず、押さえの役目を果たしません。
• 白い PLA で良好な結果が出ています。透明の PETG も美しく、中の共鳴管が透けて見えます。
• 箱は 0.2 mm の標準設定で、サポートなしで刷れます。本体も蓋も開口部を上に向けて平置きするだけで、張り出しはありません。

• 0.08 mm layers, 0.5 mm outer wall. The pipe walls are thin — do not print this coarse.
• No supports needed. Print flat, as-is.
• One card per plate. Two cards on one plate double the time per layer, and the card edges curl. A brim alone will not stop it.
• Use a brim of about 5 mm, with a brim-to-object gap of 0. With a gap the brim never fuses to the part and holds nothing.
• White PLA works well. Translucent PETG is beautiful too — you can see the bores through the plate.
• The box prints at ordinary 0.2 mm layers with no supports. Both parts sit flat with their opening up; nothing overhangs.

Where it stands

• Chordika 12調と Recorika 1枚は、実際に印刷してすべて鳴ることを確認済みです。
• 音程の追い込み（実測にもとづく較正の微調整）を進めています。
• Recorika は現在 A♭ メジャーの1枚のみです。他の調も作れる設計にはなっています。

• All twelve Chordika cards and the Recorika card have been printed and confirmed to sound.
• Fine-tuning of the pitch calibration, based on measured frequencies, is in progress.
• Recorika currently exists only in A♭ major, though the design can generate other keys.
