PenDiary: A Tool for Keeping a Handwritten Diary with Photographs, Using an Anoto Digital Pen

You go out carrying a digital camera and an Anoto digital pen. When you find something interesting in town, you take a photograph and write a comment in your notebook. When you get home and connect the camera and the pen to a computer, the photographs and comments are put together and posted as a weblog entry. You can also create and edit a to-do list.

Mugen Karuta: A Next-Generation Karuta Game Using an Anoto Digital Pen

You write whatever letters you like on a blank karuta card, and the computer automatically composes a suggestive sentence, different every time, and reads it aloud.
